What does the fee cover?
Escrow holding, fraud screening, dispute mediation, payout processing, and platform costs. No hidden extras beyond what's listed on this page.
Are there setup or hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Starter has no monthly charge — you only pay per-transaction split fees on completed escrows. Growth and Business add higher limits and lower rates.
Can I switch plans later?
You can upgrade from Starter → Growth → Business anytime from Billing; the new plan takes effect immediately after payment. Downgrades are handled by support — email support@harrenapay.com or use Contact sales if you need to move to a lower plan.
What about payout fees?
Wallet-to-wallet transfers are always free. Bank withdrawals and seller payouts show one payout-fee total (₦15.75 / ₦39.38 / ₦78.75 by amount tier).
What happens to a disputed transaction?
Funds stay locked in escrow until our mediation team resolves the case. No escrow fee is charged on cancelled or refunded deals.
