What does the fee cover?

Card and transfer processing, payout to the seller's bank or wallet, fraud screening, dispute mediation and platform costs. No hidden extras.

Are there setup or hidden fees?

No hidden fees. There is no onboarding fee. You only pay the per-transaction split fee on completed escrows. No monthly fee on Starter.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

What about bank transfer and wallet fees?

Wallet-to-wallet transfers are always free — both parties save by keeping funds within harrenapay. Withdrawals to a bank account cost ₦25 plus a ₦50 government stamp duty on amounts ₦10,000 and above.

What happens to a disputed transaction?

Funds stay locked in escrow until our mediation team resolves the case, typically within 24 hours. No fee is charged on cancelled or refunded deals.
