1. Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligible users

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country.

3. Escrow services

HarrenaPay holds funds on behalf of buyers and releases them to sellers only when contractual conditions are met. We are not a bank and do not pay interest on held balances.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited by Nigerian or international law.

5. Disputes

Disputes are reviewed by our team using evidence submitted by both parties. Decisions are final after the resolution window stated in your plan.

6. Fees

Fees are shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
