Escrow refunds

Funds held in escrow are released to either party based on the contractual conditions. If a buyer cancels before funding, no fee applies.

Dispute outcomes

When a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favour, funds are refunded within 1–3 business days. When resolved in the seller's favour, funds are released for payout per their plan's payout schedule.

Subscription fees

Plan subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a paid plan at any time and continue to use it until the end of the billing period.

Chargebacks

Funded escrow transactions cannot be reversed via chargeback once released. Use the dispute flow before release.
